  • Provide worldwide exposure for your property on the Internet, including posting your property on GoChoiceOne.com, Realtor.com, and many other web site's displayed in the advertising page of this website..

  • Provide weekly communication throughout the marketing period and discuss with you any comments received about your property.

  • Submit to you all written offers, assist with negotiations, and provide an estimate of your Cash Proceeds prior to acceptance.

  • Perform credit checks, criminal backgrounds, past and current rental verifications, past and current employment verifications. Information is collected and then released to you for your approval decision.

  • Upon acceptance of an offer, monitor and conduct pre-settlement activities throughout the lease closing process.

  • We'll prepare a professional lease agreement and customize it to your rental management needs.

  • Collect and Forward any security deposits, rent payments or other monies due the property owner.

  • Assist you with property management services for an additional small percentage fee based off the monthly rental rate.
